No these are fixed price, and the offer price for domains is only limited for one year after one year you will need to pay regular renewal fee(thats really cheaper compare to other registrars).

Which Domain registrar did you use ? Because they cant do that. Only other fee would be ICANN fee which would be about 30 cent usd. Nothing else.

But also you should check your cart before checking out for any other stuff. Like other added services such as Whois protection etc.
