Seems like you have a victim of Dos or DDos Attacks. you abuse the TOS by using 100+ Bandwidth. you just wait for the end of month. when new month started. monthly BW quota will be reset and VPS works again. and beaware next time. try to uninstall all unnecessary apps or block unused ports. if you are using a web hosting. then try free cloudflare service.

It is very obvious your got DDoS'ed. Depending on what you host on your server, the hacker made your server send out 64.3 Megabytes per second of data during the hack. Your CPU load reached its maximum at that too.

I am sorry this happened to you but you need to increase the security of your server to make sure it doesn't run out from bandwidth again :/
