At the face of it , wordpress seems a awesome cms to use , it provides a lot of functionality built in and is super easy to install and start using even if you don't know anything about it.
It is best CMS for web developer when it comes to create a working site which includes heavy features like ecommerce or some other things.
But imagine a scenario where you have a psd design of the site you want develop and only functionality is contact form, the wordpress would seem overkill.
sometimes its better to stick to old school html and css , maybe throw in little bootstrap to spice up the design.
what are your thoughts on this ?
Is wordpress the ultimate tool , it is very popular but does it deserve this popularity ??
