Worst Phone Brand

Just the operating systems were bad choices.

Nokia phones always lacked something, now when they have got into Android, each of their phone still has problems like hanging issue etc. None of their phone is issue-free.

For me the worst is LG, promises upgrades, never delivers, not even on flagship phones. Mine broke 2 month in, repair took 4 weeks. LG, never again.

Sony phones was the worst brand I've ever owned. Easily breakable, like if dropped from standard table height it would break into two pieces. Motherboard burned after one year of usage while charging (did not overcharged). Worst firmware and useless updates

Which Sony was it?  I've got a Sony Xperia X (2016 model).  I've had it since end of 2016 and only really used it for the first time when I was in Canada recently, as my old 2G phones couldn't get on to the network in Canada and the US.  Fortunately I'd taken my Sony phone as a backup and was able to set it up with a SIM card.

I'm lucky in that it's rare my phones fall, but I was worried about the Sony phone from a fall point of view because of the way it felt in my hand - like I was taking more care than with my other phones not to let it fall.  I was given a standard cover for the phone - a Sony cover - but it was already breaking away in the one corner and didn't feel as though it was protecting the phone enough.  The guy who sold it to me also said not to worry to use tempered glass.  However after using the phone in Canada I think he was wrong - before I left I ordered both tempered glass as well as a more solid cover for the Sony from Amazon and have just received it now.  I haven't experienced any overheating though.  When I did research before I purchased the phone, there had been instances of heating reported in older models, but not Sony Xperia X - although I've never used it for gaming.  Maybe if one would really put the phone through heavy use of resources - such as with gaming - maybe it overheats then?

Maybe Sony was the worst experience for you, but I don't think it's the worst phone.  Maybe it's just more delicate because of Sony's typical great screen viewing.  The reason I purchased it is that one gets a great color experience with it.  However, Samsung is so good these days with colors too.  Sony however has a solid fan base - I've come across rave reviews by Sony phone owners who are very happy with their Sony Smart phone.  Even those with earlier models - where it overheated - still thought they preferred their Sony over other models.

Is it possible to let us know which Model of Sony broke and overheated?

i dont know about the other but vivo have data loss issue because they use shitty eMCC chip that break really fast . it start from applicatuin crashing and bootlooping your phone . and the problem is that the eMCC is broken so the data is loss . for overheating i rarely find complain for that because vivo mostly used low end chip  to push profit margin

So your info says eMMC vivo not strong! You are wrong ! Just eMMC vivo is very powerful! In fact I have handled my VIVO Y21 8x bootlop and all safely secured by FLASHING method via TWRP

To be honest, I only used 2 companies Apple & Samsung in my entire life. So i cannot tell which company is worst in my opinion.

But i will go with @sagher about Qmobile, A local Pakistani brand and worstest brand.

i use many brands like local china market brands i never discuss here because it's strange... and the flagship phones. Sony make me too much disappointed with Xperia Z5 premium... yes it;s Premium but too much heating issue. back cam is 23MP but too shitty like 3.2MP and poorest focus. even my Huawei Honor 4C is much much better then Sony cam. even it's only 13MP. so i soldout i very cheap price.
the second i use is Samsung Note 5... and the trademark of samsung is to be hanging exact 1 year latter. after 1 to 1.5 year use of samsung any model. the phone goes hangup and little bit heatup. so i sold out recently.
Now i am looking for some good mobiles. i like Note 8 but it's still too costly.

I just by accident last night found YouTube reviews by a guy called SakiTech.  It may be worth your while to work through them particularly while you're looking for a new mobile phone.  This guy sounds as though he really knows what he is talking about, and what I like about the reviews is that he speaks in plain language and says it exactly like it is.  They're different from the usual.  He is also not fixated on singular brands.

Here are two good examples of his YouTube videos:
