I don't know that we can call Far Cry 3 FPS game an Open-World game, but I really liked it and it has a very large map where you almost go anywhere. But my LG monitor is burned so I can't play anymore...

Far Cry 3 is open world game, you have missions but you can to them when you want and which you want.
