Hello all firstly I'm not insulting cit owners or players just telling by feelings and truth regards cit server
Cit is best and top server of MTA sa !even it is best server but scripts of MTA cit leaked and all are using them as there scripts !as I see. Ihoussam (tamtamarmy ) ihousaam don't hack scripts he just clone the scripts many don't know this he opened CSF a long years ago by using clones cit scripts and leaked all cit scripts by giving his rights in YouTube !may earned a lot of money from his channel why can't Arran take a step against cloning scripts !
Second problem is Arran and Brian become shit owners ever earning a lot money+ego many reasons camed by hating cit server a topic also opened at MTA forum don't support cit title !too many players reported about cit server staffs closed that thread due to useless topic and comments !even we hate cit but yea cit is best Arran donate money to MTA forum and it will be alive in future also not only cit ,saaf,saur,...many servers use this idea to earn money

Hello all today I will tell how to give adminrights!
First download ftp cilent:https://filezilla-project.org/download.php
note down ur ftp username &password
Now let's start first login ur ftp cilent with entering username,password,port&hostip
And do quick connect.now u will redirect to server files search for mods/death match/acl.XML edit acl.XML with notepaddc++ or any editing app!
All MTA servers include an Access Control List system which can be used to modify the access rights of specific users and even groups to various commands and functions.

The Access Control List file (acl.xml) can be found at Server_IP/mods/deathmatch/acl.xml which you can access via FTP.

We can, for example, add the user "Fred" to the admin group by editing the section as follows
