Google Web Translate is a tool to translate websites into around 100+ languages, it is easy to implement.  This will help the visitors who are not well aware of English and will give more localized look to the post4vps community.
So I suggest to implement this feature. The free Website Translator plugin is free of cost and can be installed by javascript by just copy - pasting the code into footer templates of themes.

Let me honestly say:

I wouldn't do this as it will translate content to new people.
And where I am afraid is that they will think that the language can be spoken in their language.
As they must remain speaking English.

I agree with @perryoo11. If you have a specialist Forum such as one on VPSs the terminology may mean different things in different languages. It may create confusion and it also may result in gibberish posts. Where there will also be confusion is with the rules and terms and conditions of hosting.
