It's a free VPS.

I actually think that this specs are pretty decent. Though The internet speed seems a little bit slow

Of course it is. I was just comparing with their shared hosting stats. Unless you get servers from sponsors you won't get much when it comes to speed. Still their service and support is great. Specially when it comes to shared hosting.

I am posting there On my first day I posted 19 posts and reached the Top Poster Rank Big Grin. Its actually Easy I am hoping to get my Payment in Ubuntu VPS Soon after I finish 100 Posts at the moment I think the requirements are:
"Only apply if you are an experienced Website builder with a working knowledge of Linux commands. Also make certain you have made 100 Quality Posts, have registered for a Free Hosting Account first, have created an ACTIVE Website on the account, and have read and studied our VPS Hosting Terms and Conditions."

But they clearly told on their VPS TOS:

Quote:Prohibited Use
Gigarank prohibits the use of its VPS servers for:

* Running public IRCd’s or malicious bots.
* Running any type of BitTorrent client or tracker that links to or downloads illegal content
* Use an Open/Public proxy/VPN or utilize a proxy/VPN to access illegal/malicious content
* Use I/O intensive applications which adversely affect normal server operations.
* Any online game servers.
* Web proxies of any kind, php, CGI etc.
* Hosting illegal scripts like vBulletin or Invision Power Board (IPCool. Hosting such scripts without our consent and a legal.txt file in the directory is prohibited.
* Hosting illegal materials such as commercial audio, video or music files or any other copyrighted works, for which the account holder does not have the permission of the copyright holder, or any other material in violation of UK/US Law.
* Adult material such as pornography, erotic images or otherwise lewd or obscene content.
* Racist, defamatory, obscene, indecent or other unlawful material.
* 'Warez', such as pirated software, ROMS, emulators, instructions or software for phreaking, hacking, password cracking or IP spoofing etc.
* Promoting and/or engaging in pyramid sales, Multi Level Marketing or similar activities.
* Engaging in illegal activities.
So that's a Disadvantage for me Since I want to make a game server...

What game is what you are thinking of?

@ Xinen : They have been around for while. Few years back they changed the name so this Giga Rank domain name is only couple of years old.

@ zihadeasin : Ah I didn't notice they don't allow game severs. I have never used game servers either. You can try FDC or freevps apart from post4vps.

The rules of this service are so strict, they do not allow gameservers and also they provide so less Bandwidth.

Really? I disagree. For a free vps those are great specs. I have used paid vps plans that are worse.

Well, the paid vps plans you used must be really bad as I agree that VPS is not that good. The internet speeds are just shit ( Good internet speed is always important ), I'm not really sure if the cores are shared or dedicated, probably shared and the CPU is not that good, E5 is much better.
Thanks to ShadowHosting and Post4VPS for my VPS 5!

The only problem with Gigarank that they give only 75GB bandwidth.
Come on! It's 2016. 75GB/month is not enough for nothing neither.
They should give 1TB.
