In my Opinion the best web panel is one provided by VPS provider. and other then. i use VestaCP. Webmin. IsConfig3.
VestaCP is good and easy to use.
Webmin is too much open details that were not good for beginners. a small mistake or change in files makes trouble for you.
IsConfig.... i really cant understand how to use it.
