Just download your Wordpress Files from your Host to anywhere on your Computer using Filezilla or if your are using cPanel services try to do 'Backup' and then open your phpmyadmin and export your WordPress's MySQL Database to to anywhere on your Computer and then reupload your Wordpress files again to your new Host and create a new database and import your Database to your phpmyadmin and then open your `dbperfix_options` table and replace your `siteurl`, `home` rows's value with your new Wordpress site URL and then open path/to/wordpress/wp-config.php and edit your Database details ($DB_NAME, $DB_USER, $DB_PASSWORD, $DB_HOST) and your are done
