Sometimes yes, but mostly of movies in youtube are fake, the description says it was a full movie but when you play it nahhh you will say you just waste your time.

That happens in most cases of recent movies, but if one goes back to the eighties and nineties, the spammers seem to be able to leave them alone with an exception here and there.  For more recent movies, I'd say the majority of cases one would waste one's time.
