Virmach services are so great, I love using them. I currently use their VPS specials, you know the ones where they are something like $3/yr or something around that. They're ridiculously cheap, it's next to impossible to not go and purchase some when they have these specials. It is disappointing, however, that their customers do expect top level and unreasonable support for something that they hardly make any money off of anyway. I wish that they did more of these specials more often but I think they're tired of all of the abusive customers they get from their unsustainable pricing...
