As per tech support being in the topic, there's a service centre near me, near 2 kilometres away. As per software there are frequent updates which change UI(they have their custom UI called MIUI). It's the best UI I've ever seen on a smartphone. It's both smooth and customisable. Overall I prefer it over my old Motorola.
for me miui sucks espescialy for lot of bloatware and also the ui is very heavy that crimpled the high specs for low prices that it gives . they update it frequently for adding another bloatware mostly and without any android os update most of the time
for me i already switched to aosp based custom rom because of the heavyness and bloated miui is
