Being a Xiaomi user I would say it's the best(among the brands I've used). Currently I've the Redmi 4 which costed me 8,000 INR which converts to 117.55 USD. It's s pretty decent phone up to my purpose. Ive bought it in 2017. I always wanted a phone with fingerprint so I got this one. I wouldn't say that it can't run pubg mobile(if you take that for a comparison), but I'm not a mobile gamer.

As per tech support being in the topic, there's a service centre near me, near 2 kilometres away. As per software there are frequent updates which change UI(they have their custom UI called MIUI). It's the best UI I've ever seen on a smartphone. It's both smooth and customisable. Overall I prefer it over my old Motorola.

for me miui sucks espescialy for lot of bloatware and also the ui is very heavy that crimpled the high specs for low prices that it gives . they update it frequently for adding another bloatware mostly and without any android os update most of the time
