Usually Dell has it printed just left side of Touch pad. But it disappear after a while. Dell doesn't put anything on Monitor I don't know about other brands. Anyway I prefer not to touch hardware of unscrew a laptop without a really big issue. Speccy is very tiny tool used even by professional hardware technicians. It has no ads or anything anything. I have been using it for more than 5 years so I know about it well. It's one of those software I always install when Setup a computer.
