I am not sure.Because i mostly work on PC.I just use sometime when have electricity problem.So

OK I Googled it @Rehan.  Looks like Microsoft recommends a minimum of 1GB RAM depending on the display that is being used.  Here's a link to Microsoft's hardware recommendations.

I think phones with 2-4 GB RAM would probably be more ideal - however I'd be reluctant to load anything of Microsoft on my phone.  Android isn't perfect - but at least it's not Microsoft.
