The maintenance is not 3 weeks (maybe some member are click-baited with that 3 weeks). It's only 6-15 hours, but he alerted 3 weeks before the maintenance.

I'm interested to see if the maintenance may solve my old problem, can't use NS at Singapore location with NVMe. But all working great with Australia, that's why I still with my Australia node.

Thanks for pointing that out @tiwil. I misread the notice from HostDoc. The HostDoc announcement meant to say "in 3 weeks time" they're going to do major work on the Singapore node for 6-15 hours.
