If you compare hosting companies vs cpanel.net then is it about the price not big differances because you pay by default hosting companies $20 and for cPanel on VPS the same $20, but the most companies who offer it have more features but it may be costs some bucks extra to get the same feature but overall costs is not much if you have two running on CentOS.
