Nokia always made mistakes in the past, this why they lost their number one position.
They kept Symbian for touchscreen phones although that OS wasn't originally made for this purpose.
And then when there was too late they switched for Windows only where there were not enough apps.
Samsung and Apple were the real winners because they switched to the capacitive touch screen smart phones in the earliest time.
