but vps 5 was removed from Plans(https://post4vps.com/announcement-1.html)
and now they bring it back there..

I guess it was just an error.
And the information on the VPS Plans page is usually not up-to-date.
In any case, no one can actually apply for VPS 5 because it is not listed on the Giveaway list posted by OP.

it used to be up to date when i first see this forum but now it started to be not updated anymore . but for available vps you can jsut figure it out from past giveaway
