Yes you can access Windows vps through phone using something like a Remote Desktop App which I also use. I think he means by that is that: he wants his smartphone clients to have its own user. I am assuming by what he means, is that he wants each device to view something else, or interact with the Desktop diffrently from others.

You are going to have to create Windows User Accounts from the control panel and then create/allow remote sessions for them.

Something like they just my VPS ip. when they contact if possible there is no requirement if not then password or email require.

people enter the information and logged in then use Application which is install in windows VPS.

Remember People no need any application on their phone like (2x Client) for connect with VPS. just need use ip as DNS server and redirect to windows VPS

I don't think it's possible. You need to have some kind of access software to access to pc and use it in " Windows environment ". I don't think it can be done without a remote access application.

I think what you talking about / need is something like Zeropc ?

What do you want your users to interact/do within the VPS? Do you want them to use common apps like Firefox/Google Chrome or run Windows Apps?

@xdude, Yeah ZeroPC is nice. i want host like this on VPS and all application like Google Chrome, Skype etc. i can't install anything in zeroPC but i want same like this.

well it just like apponfly . it is an user rdp but with application preinstalled . it is great for doing thing like emergency desktop if you cannot have a access to computer and you are in phone but you need to open a file that cannot be read by a phone or just to use desktop app on anywhere . but it lacks administrator . that is the biggest problem

I believe what he wants is a way for users to not use app to VNC/RDP into the VPS but a web app to do normal standard functions.

Look into Apache Guacamole.
