Absolutely right! I was also a VCMP player, VCMP is completely dead since they have launched 0.4. If we go back in 0.3z days VCMP was one of best multiplayer game. But those updates completely made VCMP dead. VCMP Developers are inactive and VCMP is almost dead. As far as i know VCMP now has players under 100. I wish, VCMP could be back.
And its another disappointing news about SAMP. hope for the best.
