Looks as though the upgrade is going past the date of 8th of March. The node on which VPS 6 is located is still down at the time of writing this post. @Dynamoeceived the following notification:

It has come to our attention that all of the services in Dallas our currently down. This includes Node01 and its containers. Panda and all websites. This is a data center issue. At this time we do not have an ETA on when services will be back online.
