Here Our work's done. now Close all Tabs in your browser and start your server with vcmp port which you applied. Your Server will be show in list. But here is a thing you need to check.
Download a plugin announce04rel32/announce04rel64
Open Server.cfg and Change plugins setting. 
You must have to add announce plugin in center bcuz it does not work if we enter it at last.

Another thing which you need. you will see your server in list with our WAN IP. But you can not connect to your server with your WAN IP. there is a simple Lan IP you have to add it in your fav. server list. LAN ip : 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.2 etc....

System Introduce
Okay , i've made already a video for it but anyway im introducing it here so anyone that has no time to watch can atleast understand it only from reading so, Speed Cam system is a dynamic system that allows to create/delete an Speed camer.Creator of cam has to set a speed limit when players are near speed cam and are they driving slower or faster than the setten speed limit, if player is driving faster than the limit it will show him a textdraw with ticket reason, amount and the speed.The ticket amount its just fake since i was in a test mode and not in a gamemode so you will have to set with your own amount per speed , mine is KM * 2 = ticketamount but its not saved.
Every created cam is saved in a MySQL database.

• Deletecam - will allow you to delete the nearest cam you're at.
  
• Createcar - Will teleport a infernus to you , this one was only for me to test

Install Script on your Website Via Cpanel
Hello Friends, Today i am going to show you how to install a script on your website using cpanel.In previous article i have shown about creating website.Now login into your website cpanel.
Lets start

• First Log into your cPanel account.
  

• After login, In the "Software and Services" section, click on "Softaculous"
  

• cPanel will redirect you to the Softaculous Panel.You can install different scripts from your cpanel.Here is the list of scripts you can install via softculous.

But i am going to install a forum software named as SMF.
On the left side of your screen you should locate the "Forums" category. Click on it and then click on the "SMF" link that will appear.

• Click the SMF and than click Install Button.
  

• Fill the given form
  

Choose Domain: If you don't have multiple domains, leave this as it is.
In Directory: If you want to install this in a directory, for example example.com/forums, enter the directory name. Otherwise, leave this blank to install in your main domain example.com
Board Name: Name of the forum
Visual verification image to display: Useful for spam prevention.
Board E-mail: The forums e-mail address
Admin Username: Your new phpBB username (for security reason do not use the "Administrator" or the "Admin" username.)
Admin Password: Use a strong password.
Real Name: Leave this as it is or enter your real name.
Admin Email: Your e-mail address. (Useful for administrator account password reset, notification, etc)
Select Language: The default language of the forum is English.

•  After filling the form  click install
  

• When you click the install button. The installation process will start, wait for its completion
  

Your website is installed.You can now edit setting by visiting the site.
