Trying to create a bootable USB

Hello Friends, I hope everybody is fine.I need help.I am trying to create a bootable usb.i tried different software's but unable to create a bootable usb.I searched at google about bootable usb.i found a tutorial on microsoft website.but when i try to give boot to computer. It start installed windows. Please help me.
Tutorial which i tried.

Code:
Insert a USB flash drive into a running computer.

Open a Command Prompt window as an administrator.

Type diskpart.

In the new command line window that opens, to determine the USB flash drive number or drive letter, at the command prompt, type list disk, and then click ENTER. The list disk command displays all the disks on the computer. Note the drive number or drive letter of the USB flash drive.

At the command prompt, type select disk <X>, where X is the drive number or drive letter of the USB flash drive, and then click ENTER.

Type clean, and the click ENTER. This command deletes all data from the USB flash drive.

To create a new primary partition on the USB flash drive, type create part pri, and then click ENTER.

To select the partition that you just created, type select part 1, and then click ENTER.

To format the partition, type format fs=ntfs quick, and then click ENTER.

Type active, and then click ENTER.

Type exit, and then click ENTER.

When you finish preparing your custom image, save it to the root of the USB flash drive.

Today i am going to show you how to make your account more secure.Google provide 2-step verification system.I will teach you how to switch on 2-step verification system.
Lets Start
1st: Login into your Google Account.

6th: Now enter your information, Mobile Number etc.. In 1st: Type your mobile number, 2nd: Select your choice Text-Message or Phone Call and Click button “Try It”

7th: You will receive a phone call or a Text message on your given mobile number.At next page type the code which is sent to you on your mobile number and Click button ” next ”

8th: When you will click “Next” A new page will appear which show you that everything is working now if you want to turn on 2-step verification Click the button “Turn On”

Here your works done. Now every time you login you need to confirm your phone number first.

Hello there guys,
Well currently im working on my gamemode and i got some time free, i am looking for anything that you might need about Pawno scripting, im able to create new systems for your server with MYSQL or dini if you want , also im looking for any suggestions that might come in your mind about my server, i currently lead a server with low player database and its RP,

What can i work on:
-MySQL
-Dini

What Can you do :
-I can create a whole new system for your gamemode(must be rp or simple to it)
- Fix any bugs that might be on your server ( only small ones )
-Create MySQL database ( if you need one)

Well while i was checking my FB website something came at a gaming site where someone was arrest by a SWAT team while he was playing an Online game and he did nothing that was LOL but i just wanted to ask you guys if you did hear about this and do you believe it ?
