Use subdirectory as root mybb issue

I have mybb in a subdirectory. i want to make it as root.
example as www.mysite.com/forum/ as www.mysite.com
i created a . htaccess in root as follows

Code:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www\.)?mysite\.com

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/forum

Rewriterule ^(.*)$ /forum/$1 [L]

this is working fine except for one issue.

when i access adminCP for the logging page it redirects to correct way.
www.mysite.com/admin

but after loggin it changes into
www.mysite.com/forum/admin

it should be
www.mysite.com/admin
even after the logged in

what could be the issue? please ask anything from me to assist this. i will tel more info

Hello,
last time we had really a painful time while counting users posts since all have different time zones.
Like last time one of our VPS Holders had completed his monthly posts at 1st of Feb according to him, and when we were counting the posts then found that he had 0 posts for that month. But after looking through his timezone, we found that he had completed all his monthly posts.
Since we really don't have time to get into each user's timezone and count posts, From now(March month onwards), the Posts of a particular month would be counted on basis of GMT time zone(GMT 12:00 AM of 1st of that month till GMT 11:59 PM of last day of that month).

so that was our first Update.

I use to play a lot of good strategy games.

I have played when i was younger a strategy game which most like Rise of nations. but its not that. i installed Rise of nations again and checked its not. game i played have laser gates for the walls and planes which similar to actual ones and had robots (not sure exactly). have any one played a game like that.
