It's not possible to get .com, .in like domains without any charge. If you still want to buy free domain then you can check these domains .tk, .ga, .ml, .cf and more. taking free hosting is also a good plan but services of free hosting is not as proper as paid hosting plans. So if you only want to test server the you can go with free hosting plan otherwise its better if you will go with paid hosting plan.

for hosting i reccomend getting a free vps and host the web on that free vps . this worked much much better than free hosting even better than paid shared hosting . this site is the example where you can get a free vps . i host all my sites on a vps and i dont need a shared hosting anymore
