You are aware that Huawei has other products that come with Microsoft software? We're talking about Microsoft Apps, Windows and Office. Huawei has a line up of Notebooks with Windows on them and most likely other products. They might even use Windows and Microsoft products in their offices.

And more so Microsoft might provide infrastructure to Huawei in form of hosting and servers for content download, websites and etc.
