The term "feel sick inside" just means that the actual health condition may not be as good as it sounds on formal medical records. But anyway I do not mean that the checkup procedure or the checkup prerequisites of your country are not strict.
And I do hope that the checkups will work well, but I know sometimes unexpected results may still occur.
