I had search in google and not found. I tried to using Alibaba Cloud Server and "failed because my time registration"
I tried to using Amazon Web Server and "failed because my prepaid card in 0 usd"
I tried to using Google Cloud Flatform and "my credit card dont accepted"

GitHub student pack is interesting but you need an email from your school and my school not facility it

VPS only for DigitalOcean and Amazon Webservice and for both even if you are student you need a credit card to sign up.
