We can do a market board and we can sell virtual things (like webhosting / vps) with these points

AH, a little bit out of topic,
But I'm suggesting that with point, we can buy something about this forum from the point.

For example,
$100 for every 1 post dispensation.
If people want to have 5 post dispensation, then he/she will use $500, and admin deducted $500 from his/her account. So then he/she will only need to post 15 that month.
But, they'll pretty hard to get bigger VPS, so it will also a post booster, since if you want to have big VPS and some post dispensation, you need to post more.

Rank called "VIP" (not sponsor one we should rename sponsor rank to "Sponsor")......

I think it is better to keep the sponsor rank as VIP.

There are quite some sponsors who are not active in the forum. When they come visit this forum months later and find their ranks changed, they may not be happy about it.

For the new rank name of contest winners, we may just call them Premium Member or similar.

I don't think there is any body left with a new plan.These prize are enough for a monthly winner.But i have an advice this VIP ( winner ) rank should be only for 3 or 5 months.That will have more fun.

I dont agree if the prize is something to do with post reduction . Because it make the forum less active . but except that it is a great idea . All of vps holder should have the same 20 post / month minimum

Agreed. On the other hand, I'm almost certain that the person winning will probably be of the quality who will be continuing to post and exceed 20 posts per month - but yes, we should keep the 20 posts per month a golden rule applicable to every one regardless of any other ranks.

For me the greater value of the reward could be in the form of a special rank. Provided (as already recommended) the member has a minimum number of posts and is a member in good standing with the rules. If the member gets into a situation later on where he has breached the rules and loses his VPS or his forum account gets a warning/banned, maybe the rank should be removed until he is in good standing with the rules again - i.e. has a 0% warning against his account.

Hmm prizes upto the organizers of this events. Let's hope we can see events soon. Because my other suggestion also ignored (this one) We really need someone to organized this events, I can start those events but i can't say if "Administrators" & the "Users" like the prize or don't. So guys please suggestion your ideas.

I think just to get members to make their number of posts every month is already a miracle. Their incentive is to keep their VPS alive. Like what bigger prize can there be than to post for a VPS?

by doing this. thread quality will rise.
but at the moment the importance of credit points is very low among users. You need to increase the importance of users to try to get it.

well i agree, Nothing can be bigger prize then free VPS for just 20 posts. But with events we can get more users and obviously sponsorship depend on active members so we need to do some events, Its true we can't give nothing more then a VPS, If people don't interest to won some points or reduce monthly post then they shouldn't apply for the event.
