Please note that Dynamo has made a change to the Backlinks Requirement to only apply when the VPS Request of the VPS Holder says the VPS Holder plans to put a Website on the VPS.  Please refer updated announcement:

This should actually be the original requirement that I was informed by @perry/@Dynamo when I won my VPS.

Thanks Dynamo/Dean for restoring this original requirement, which is a correct decision I believe. What a nice team work!

It was not a good idea to try forcing a member to run a website in his VPS when he actually does not have intention managing the website, or even does not have enough knowledge/experience running it at all. Because this can be a security issue.
