I don't need to open browser and select P4V.

This is what I wanted to avoid,
If user's just visit us for doing their monthly posts and feel burden after doing them then it's more or less useless to have a forum..
If users feel so lazy that even opening browser and visiting us daily makes them uncomfortable then what do them expect back from us?

forum is enough and if you meed a faster communication there are shoutbox for quick communicating with all member just like discord but in a browser not an app . I personally dont need app if the web version available for example i use facebook in web browser and it actually kinda better in some ways . Also forum have more flexibility than discord you can make a thread not just chatting

I mean, it's for short sentences and also to do some chit-chat. Within the forum, sometimes it marked as spamming. And from my side, Discord will help you.

Ps: Yes, we can do some chit-chat on the shoutbox, but it's not really efficient as I say. I'm so sorry for my word.

I was online on both Forum and Discord channel (As I have other Discord group also) checking it weekdays but Post4VPS Discord channel is always inactive infact, there are only 12 members joined in the channel and it doesnt look a threat. Its always be good active in forum, I only find Post4VPS Discord channel as a NEWS PORTAL if theres a a down time with the community.

That sounds like a much more practical use for it.  Agreed.  I much prefer the myBB Forum - feels much more comfortable to use and it's  important for making the posts for hosting.

This is a Post4VPS forum. It requires user activities on this forum to survive. Recently we already see another similar forum going to die due to lacking of activities there.

I know Discord is nice app. But if majority of our users goes chatting on Discord, this forum will be losing traffic. You know what will happen next.

Totally agreed.  Even the Shoutbox is a distraction from activity in the Forum.  I literally cringed at FreeVPS.us whenever I saw interesting tech discussions happening in the Shoutbox and some of those even by the staff who should have known better.  The Shoutbox gets cleaned up periodically too, so most of the high-tech stuff discussed are wiped forever. All of that comes as a loss to the Forum in terms of measured activity and attracting discussion from the membership.
